All wet slip rates are based boat length or slip length, whichever is greater. Dry rack rates are based on maximum overall length. Minimum rates apply to all wet slips and dry racks. All fees are subject to State Sales Tax and Florida Submerged Land Lease fees.
* Utilities include electric, water, trash, cable, and pump-out. All wet slips will be charges for utilities at
the minimum rate of $65/month for long term and $6/day for transients.
