What is Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is a collection of marinas owned and operated by Seven Kings Holdings, a leader in marina management, located throughout the East coast of Florida. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ currently includes ten (10) facilities from north to south: Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana, South Lantana, Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach and Miami. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers wet and dry slips, depending on the location, and provides unsurpassed service and amenities. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities are open to the public and offer transient, monthly, seasonal or annual slip rentals.

What are the benefits of joining from Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is open to the public and we consider our tenants “Members.” Each property offers comparable benefits including concierge level service, on-site amenities such as captain’s lounges with complimentary gourmet coffee, newspapers and boating publications, clean upscale restrooms, reciprocal use of other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities, virtual offices with fax, copy and internet access.

Each property has unique benefits such as wet slips, dry slips, annual leases, seasonal leases, weekly or daily transients opportunities. Laundry facilities, on-site repairs and maintenance, haul-out, fuel such as hi-octane gasoline or marine grade diesel, on-site restaurants, pools, gymnasium, spa, cable, phone and/or other amenities are again unique to each Loggerhead Club & Marina™.

Membership in Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers traditional marina access with modern amenities, social interaction such as rendezvous and picnics, and singular ownership providing continuity and consistency.

What is the relationship between Loggerhead Club & Marina™ and Loggerhead Marinelife Center?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is committed to marine conservation. Therefore, Loggerhead Club & Marina™ agreed to make a near seven figure contribution to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center for the construction of a new 13,000 square foot campus in Juno Beach, Florida. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a marine hospital and rehabilitation center whose mission is to assist injured sea life, especially endangered sea turtles, and educate the public about conservation of our treasured waterways.

We encourage our Members to visit and support the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. We will be adding a kiosk to each marina to provide helpful tips on the water. Membership information for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center will also be available. Is Loggerhead Club & Marina™ a “Clean Marina”?
Our marinas in Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, South Lantana, Hollywood and Aventura are designated “Clean Marinas.” The other marina’s are in various states of approval for their respective designations as Clean Marinas.

Do you have Wet Slips
Yes, we have 85 slips accommodating boats up to 75 feet in length.

What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
Currently, the entrance depth is 9-10 feet with 7 feet throughout the marina.

Do you have Dry Storage
Yes, we have inside dry storage in a state-of-the-art storage barn that will handle up to 110 boats up to 30 feet in length.

Do you rent boats?
We do not rent boats at our marina. If you are interested in a charter boat, we can assist you with arrangements and charters may come into our marina to pick up clients. We can also assist you in local rental boat companies.

How do I get to Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach?
You can drive by car to Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach by exiting I-95 at US 92 and proceed east until you reach North Beach Street. Turn north at the light and continue for about ˝ mile, at the ramp for the bridge bear left onto Ballough Road. Marina entrance is about Ľ mile further on Ballough Road.

By water, the marina entrance is directly on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway or Halifax River, immediately south of waterway marker 32. What are the hours for Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Aventura
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week and offer free transportation to and from your vessel from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm seven days a week. All Loggerhead Club & Marina locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

What do we do if there is an emergency after hours
The marina office phones are forwarded nightly to an answering service. The service will contact the Harbor Master or other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ official in the event of an emergency. If the incident involves an injury or the law is being broken, please dial 911. You may always contact the marina office at 386-523-3100.

What is the closest airport?
Daytona Beach International is located only about 10 minutes away from the marina on US 92, immediately next to the raceway. Orlando International is approximately 70 miles.

Do you allow live-aboards?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach does not allow full time liveaboards. Extended overnight stays are permitted – please check with our Harbor Master for more details.

Do you offer new or used boat sales?
We do not offer new or used boat sales at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach. Please feel free, however, to contact our Harbor Master for assistance regarding sales, boat rentals, charters or other leasing opportunities.

Do you sell gas or diesel?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach sells only ValvTect marine specific gasoline and diesel, offered exclusively at all Loggerhead Club & Marina™ locations. In fact, we offer our Members a discount on fuel. Contact the Harbor Master for more information.

Do you sell bait?
We do not sell live or frozen bait on site. We would be happy to provide directions to the nearest bait & tackle store and secure transportation for you if necessary. Our ship store does carry boating essentials including soda, beer, ice and soft goods such as hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.

Are there any good fishing locations near you?
The Mosquito Lagoon, located a short boat ride south of the marina, is a hot-bed for inshore snook, seatrout and redfish action. Offshore fishing requires a fairly long run to the Gulfstream, but is a rewarding area for dolphin and cobia anglers.

Do you have on-site pump-out service and how do I arrange for pump-out service?
On-site pump-out service is available at all of our wet slips at no charge to our members. Please contact the marina office to schedule your pump-out. Service is available to non-members for a $15.00 fee.

How far away is the beach?
The beach is only about a 1&1/2 mile drive, just take Ballough Road back to the first bridge, turn east and follow the signs. The great surprise is that you can actually drive onto the beaches in Daytona Beach during daylight hours. A trip to Daytona Beach would just not be complete if you have missed the “beach drive”!

Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
Some areas prohibit swimming and anchoring due to marine conservation laws. You may want to review local charts or check with the Harbor Master or local marine patrol officials.

Are there any areas close by to go water skiing?
Yes, just a few minutes past the Seabreeze Bridge north of the marina the Intracoastal Waterway widens out and has an unrestricted speed zone that is very popular with water skiers and wake boarders.

Are there any restaurants on the water that we can get to?
Yes, and you do not even have to leave the marina. Caribbean Jack’s, Daytona Beach’s most popular waterfront restaurant is located onsite at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Daytona Beach. Famous for its’ Sunday brunch and weekend live music, Caribbean Jack’s offers the best in waterfront fun, food & drink.

Are there any fixed bridges in the area and if so, what is the height limit?
There are three fixed bridges in the central Daytona Beach area, however they all are set at a 65 foot minimum clearance height.
